Our planning committee works hard throughout the year to ensure the best possible event come springtime. We depend on a strong team of volunteers, without which, we would not have the ability to organize such a meaningful celebration. Any time donated to our cause is extremely valuable. • Press work to be sure that we get good coverage before and mostly after the event.
• Publicizing the event on social media before the event to get registrations and after the event to get publicity.

• Working with musical performers for both groups.

• Helping to raise funds to make this event possibe.
